We offer personal training, boxing conditioning, trx, kettlebell classes, bootcamps, teen bootcamps, yoga, tabata classes, and sport training & conditioning. We are an old school gym with a new school vibe, offering the best trainers in the Palm coast area. We help all levels of clients meet and exceed the fitness goals.

We are a 24/7 full scale Free weight gym and Training Facility we cater to Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and general fitness goers! We have a large array of free weights, benches, squat racks and deadlift platforms! We also have almost 30 Bodybuilding machines! On top of that we have tread mills ellipticals and sit down bikes and Stairmasters! To top it all off we have punching bags and boxing equipment! Along with weight sleds and other things for your functional training needs! Needless to say we cover alot of ground so come check us out with a free Day pass!
